Montevideo Public Schools is partnering with CCM Health to provide Montevideo Public Schools students that are going into 7th through 12th grade with convenient access to child & teen check-ups, sports physicals, and school-required immunizations.
A child & teen check-up is a more thorough exam and fully covers the requirements for your student's sports physical and is typically covered by health insurance. Sports physicals-only appointments are available for $50.
Payment for screenings are due the day of your student's appointment or can be processed through your insurance.
